Hi, I’m David — a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Washington Spa Academy. I’ve worked with clients in both spa and freelance settings, developing a practice grounded in presence, discipline, and compassion.

Prior to massage therapy, I served six years in the U.S. Army. That time taught me the value of recovery — physical, emotional, and holistic. I bring that understanding into every session, blending structure with intuitive care.

I specialize in Swedish, Deep tissue, Thai, Cupping, and Hot Stone Therapy. Whether you're seeking restorative relief, focused bodywork, or a quiet space to reconnect, each session is tailored to meet your goals and restore your balance.

Tailored Massage Experiences & What They Mean

Every-body holds a different story — and every session is crafted to honor it. Hands of Hope offers three signature massage experiences; each designed with intention and flexibility. You choose the length, share your goals or areas of concern, and I tailor the rest. Below are the session names and what they represent - so you can choose the experience that best supports your recovery, renewal, or relief.

Therapeutic Reset

Duration: 60 minutes Rate: $110

Short, focused, and revitalizing - your reset button for stress and strain.

This session is ideal for decompressing from emotional tension, post-workout fatigue, or daily physical stress. Without overwhelming your body I'll focus on specific areas to restore ease, encourage circulation, and activate your body’s natural recovery response. Whether you're transitioning between phases of effort or seeking quick clarity, this massage offers efficient, therapeutic relief.

Integrative Recovery

Duration: 90 minutes Rate: $155

Your body, recalibrated - full-body relief with purposeful intent.

Structured as a full-body sequence, this 90-minute massage supports mobility, muscular recovery, and long-term release. It's designed to address chronic tightness and layered tension from repetitive work, postural fatigue, or emotional stress. I blend Thai inspired stretching, deep tissue precision, and Swedish techniques to create therapeutic space - so your body can recalibrate, breathe, and return to balance.

Signature Immersion

Duration: 120 minutes Rate: $210

Extended therapeutic care with advanced modality integration.

This session is designed for clients requiring sustained, targeted work across multiple regions. it's appropriate for addressing chronic strain, postural imbalance, or complex tension patterns that benefit from longer engagement and strategic sequencing.

Following a brief assesment, I will apply techniques based on your presentation and goals. Modalities may also be requested à la carte. Available options include:

Manual therapy foundations: Swedish and deep tissue massage

Mobility and structural work: Traditional Thai Massage (available starting 11/24/25)

Thermal applications: Hot stone, cold stone, warm oil (via skin-safe massage candle*)

Adjunct therapies: Cupping, scraping, CBD-enhanced massage
